Posterous Update
Using Posterous is easy and reliable, so far. I can recommend the service to those who see advantage in aggregating multiple social networking and communication sites.
I continue to discover ways to use the service. One caveat though; it took me awhile to coordinate things. Many sites are now offering to automatically update at another site in the cloud, so I recommend that you do not bite on these offers. If you are not careful you will be double or triple posting all over the place! I have configured every site to be an island so Posterous can do its thing without creating a cascade of copies showing up everywhere.
